DIPSOL IZB-256 is hexavalent chrome free black trivalent chromate conversion coating. DIPSOL IZ-256 provides black appearance on high zinc-nickel barrel plating and high corrosion resistance with or without bake.

• Unique black trivalent chromate conversion coating does not contain hexavalent chrome, silver or dyes
• Can be used for high zinc-nickel rack (Ni 14–18%) operation
• Provides a high corrosion resistance
• Even after baking at 200°C, it provides high corrosion resistance
• Low electric resistance of surface
