Water-Soluble Fast-Drying Hard Wax Finish

DIPSOL 904-WW is a water-soluble, fast-drying, hard wax finish for most substrates, especially phosphated surfaces. DIPSOL 904-WW protects and lubricates base systems to which it is applied. These bases may be phosphated, plated, etc. On slick surfaces, such as plated parts, the wax film should be tacky before spin-drying to ensure enough will remain on the part. Parts may be air dried or forced dried. Air-dried parts become hard enough to handle, under normal conditions, in 5 minutes. Forced dried parts should not be heated over 200°F.
