Introducing a new and innovative electroless nickel system that exceeds the increasing demands for wear resistant coatings. Along with improved coating performance, Dipsol’s NiSol solutions offer ease of use and consistent operation from start to finish.

Three systems available depending on production loading conditions:

1. NiSol 810 – light production loading conditions

2. Nisol 820 – medium production loading conditions

3. NiSol 830 – heavy production loading conditions

For ease of operation, each system is comprised of three components.

NiSol 810:

1. NiSol 800 C5 – Single make up component used for all three systems

2. NiSol 810 Ni – Nickel replenishment

3. NiSol 810 HN – Non-ammoniated hypo replenishment component

Or

4. NiSol 810 HA – Ammoniated pH, self-regulating hypo replenishment component

NiSol 820:

1. NiSol 800 C5 – Single make up component used for all three systems

2. NiSol 820 Ni – Nickel replenishment

3. NiSol 820 HN – Non-ammoniated hypo replenishment component

4. NiSol 820 HA – Ammoniated pH, self-regulating hypo replenishment component

NiSol 830:
