Introducing a new and innovative electroless nickel system that exceeds the increasing demands for wear resistant coatings. Along with improved coating performance, Dipsol’s NiSol solutions offer ease of use and consistent operation from start to finish.

Three systems available depending on production loading conditions:

1. NiSol 510 – light production loading conditions
2. Nisol 520 – medium production loading conditions
3. NiSol 530 – heavy production loading conditions

For ease of operation, each system is comprised of three components.

NiSol 510:

1. NiSol 500 C5 – Single make up component used for all three systems
2. NiSol 510 Ni – Nickel replenishment
3. NiSol 510 HN – Non-ammoniated hypo replenishment component

Or

4. NiSol 510 HA – Ammoniated pH, self-regulating hypo replenishment component

NiSol 520:

1. NiSol 500 C5 – Single make up component used for all three systems
2. NiSol 520 Ni – Nickel replenishment
3. NiSol 520 HN – Non-ammoniated hypo replenishment component

4. NiSol 520 HA – Ammoniated pH, self-regulating hypo replenishment component

NiSol 530:

1. NiSol 500 C5 – Single make up component used for all three systems
2. NiSol 530 Ni – Nickel replenishment
