Introducing a new and innovative electroless nickel system that exceeds the increasing demands for wear resistant coatings. Along with improved coating performance, Dipsol’s NiSol solutions offer ease of use and consistent operation from start to finish.

Three systems available depending on production loading conditions:

1. NiSol 1110 – light production loading conditions

2. Nisol 1120 – medium production loading conditions

3. NiSol 1130 – heavy production loading conditions

For ease of operation, each system is comprised of three components.

NiSol 1110:

1. NiSol 1100 C5 – Single make up component used for all three systems

2. NiSol 1100 Ni – Nickel replenishment

3. NiSol 1110 HN – Non-ammoniated hypo replenishment component

Or

4. NiSol 1110 HA – Ammoniated pH, self-regulating hypo replenishment component

NiSol 1120:

1. NiSol 1100 C5 – Single make up component used for all three systems

2. NiSol 1100 Ni – Nickel replenishment

3. NiSol 1120 HN – Non-ammoniated hypo replenishment component

4. NiSol 1120 HA – Ammoniated pH, self-regulating hypo replenishment component
