Black trivalent chromate for both Alkaline and Acid Zinc Plating

Dipsol ZTB-447 S1/S2/S3 type is hexavalent chrome free black trivalent chromate conversion coating. DIPSOL ZTB-447 S1/S2/S3 type provides black appearance on both alkaline and acid zinc and high corrosion resistance with or without bake.

• Unique black trivalent chromate conversion coating does not contain hexavalent chrome, silver or dyes
• It is used for both alkaline and acid zinc bath operation
• Provides a high corrosion resistance of over 168 hours to 5% white corrosion without topcoat
• Even after baking at 200°C, it provides over 168 hours to 5% white corrosion
• Low electric resistance of surface
