SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Dipsol ZTB-447 S1/S2/S3 type is hexavalent chrome free black trivalent chromate conversion coating. DIPSOL ZTB-447 S1/S2/S3 type provides black appearance on both alkaline and acid zinc and high corrosion resistance with or without bake.

FEATURES

Unique black trivalent chromate conversion coating does not contain hexavalent chrome, silver or dyes
It is used for both alkaline and acid zinc bath operation
Provides a high corrosion resistance of over 168 hours to 5% white corrosion without topcoat
Even after baking at 200°C, it provides over 168 hours to 5% white corrosion
