Green Chromate for Barrel Alkaline Non-Cyanide Zinc

DIPSOL P-1113 is specially formulated to produce dark green chromate conversion coatings on alkaline non-cyanide barrel zinc deposits. It provides a high corrosion resistance of over 240 hours to white corrosion in 5% neutral salt spray tests (ASTM B-117). Conventional green chromate conversion coating on barrel plated zinc was very difficult, due to uneven color in the finish. However, P-1113 offers a uniform green chromate conversion coating.
