High Conductivity Electrocleaner

DIPSOL 301-EC is a powdered, alkaline, heavy duty electro cleaner formulated for removal of smut, light scale and oxide from steel in pre-plating cycles. DIPSOL 301-EC is designed to leave a clean water break-free surface for excellent adhesion of the subsequent plate. It can be used for barrel or rack application either anodic, or cathodic followed by brief anodic treatment. DIPSOL 301-EC has excellent desmutting and dispersion properties to remove and prevent redeposition of soil on the work. A thin foam blanket develops on the surface of the solution during electrolysis to keep irritating caustic mist from leaving the tank. DIPSOL 301-EC can be used for either rack or barrel applications, and is completely free rinsing. Different loads of steel and copper can be cleaned in the same tank, with no effect on cleaning efficiency.
