Zinc Phosphate Coating Process

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

DIPSOL P-637NSC is formulated to form a uniform and light gray colored film on the surface of ferrous metals. It can be used for the base treatment for mid-cure temperature single coat paint coating. It offers features such as ease of use and no iron build-up in the solution. An accelerator, sodium chlorate, is added on site and is not contained in the concentrated material.

COMPOSITION & PROPERTIES

It is based on zinc phosphate and is a clear to light yellow colored liquid. The sodium chlorate, which is added by the applicator, is a dangerous chemical. The Material Safety Date Sheet should be consulted, and trained, qualified personnel used for handling this material.
